1 Officer Dead, 4 Others Wounded In Shooting South Of Denver, Police Say

An investigator heads to the scene of shooting Sunday, in Highlands Ranch, Colo. Authorities in Colorado say one deputy has died and multiple others were wounded, along with two civilians, in a shooting that followed a domestic disturbance in suburban Denver.

The sheriff's office in a residential area south of Denver is reporting one officer was killed and four others were injured in a shooting. The suspect was also shot dead by police.
